- Person in-charge of training from end to end process and ensure the system is well maintained from time to time.
- Prepare the Yearly Annual Training Program.
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Conduct various of internal training program and external training program.
- Manage and monitor staff competency program
- Follow up for the progress of the training program and evaluate after the program ended.
- Conduct training evaluation and implement the necessary improvement programs.
- Develop and update training materials from time to time.
- Maintain proper filing system for personal training files.
- Prepare quarterly training report.
- Manage overall e-training system.
- To claim HRDF through system.
- Handle any training program with Government Institutions.
- To handle any document or procedure related to ISO.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Self-initiative, well-organized, results-driven, strong desire to succeed and able to contribute as a team player.
- Understand mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Preferably candidate worked in manufacturing field.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Negeri Sembilan.
